RB1: iptables-ntables and hence docker not working with kernel 6.15

**Use case**
docker daemon set-up

**Issue**
After installing docker (either from debian of from docker-hub repository), iptables is switched to iptables-nftables package. There are some missing kernel modules that makes iptables not wokring (also `iptables -L` is not working).

Please enable nftables at kernel level
