Provide a way to define the vendor inside CDT

It's not uncommon to expet the boot image that supports devices by several vendors. E.g. a single image can perfectly work on Qualcomm RB1 and Arduino Uno-Q.
Provide a way to have a single fit Image with the Qualcomm RB1 and Arduino Uno-Q DTB files.
