ci(zstd): use qcom-linux-testkit/ as archive root prefix

- Change `git archive --prefix` from `test-definitions/` to `qcom-linux-testkit/`
- Ensures extracted `.tar.zst` contains top-level `qcom-linux-testkit/` directory
