React component not rendering as expected.

Disclaimer: I'm picking up a ticket that I did not work on, so if I am making a mistake I apologize. Also, I did not see this in Issues, but I may have missed it. Again, my apologies if that is the case.

Issue: React components are not correctly rendered starting with v6.11.0 when disableParsingRawHTML is true.

I have created a codesandbox of the issue.

The two features are intertwined, perhaps the naming could better.
