## Preamble: The Spirit of the License

This repository and the data contained within represent the public record of a significant achievement in high-performance computing by Quantum Encoding Ltd. The performance metrics and architectural concepts ("The Technology") documented here are the result of extensive research, development, and intellectual effort.

This is not an open-source project. The purpose of this repository is to serve as a public demonstration of a proprietary, battle-tested, and commercially valuable technology.

### 2. Prohibitions and Limitations

Under this license, you are expressly **prohibited** from:
*   **Implementation:** Using The Technology, in whole or in part, to create a derivative or competing work without a separate, explicit commercial license from Quantum Encoding Ltd.
*   **Reverse Engineering:** Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise deduce the specific source code or proprietary implementation details of The Technology from the provided data.
*   **Misrepresentation:** Presenting this data as your own work or removing the attribution to Quantum Encoding Ltd.

### 3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, and trade secrets related to The Technology and its underlying source code, are the sole and exclusive property of Quantum Encoding Ltd. and its founder, Richard Tune.

The publication of this performance data does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual property rights.
