Structures with non-uniform motion

Hi all,

Thanks for developing btrack!

I'm using btrack in napari to track the motion of sub cellular structures similar to p-bodies. I used BiaPy to create 3D objects and am using btrack to track the objects over time. Often the objects display a slower (random-ish?) local movement that is readily captured by btrack. However, sometimes they will apparently move quickly in a single direction (perhaps along a microtubule) and this motion is not well captured by btrack.

1. Can btrack be used to capture these types of non-uniform motion?
2. If so, which parameters should I be looking at changing and how to help capture all events?
