Make dev service available with bucket setup #167

I came across this wonderful initiative today, and decided to try it out. The dev services offering was especially alluring. But it doesn't seem to work. I already have test containers running in dev mode for keycloak and a few other services, but when I try to start the application without a connection string, no testcontainer starts, but the application simply complains that the connection string is missing.
I also don't see a way to configure views or buckets, or anything really. I admit that I am not really adept at testcontainers, but I don't see a way to supply the testcontainer with any sort of configuration?
