Beware that the latest 2.9.0-lts actually targets Quarkus 3.21.0, the bump was part of 4b65be7

@brice-laurencin many thanks for the heads up. This is a bummer. We must rollback then to 3.20.0 and release 2.9.1-lts.

@mcruzdev can you please fix this? As soon as it's done I'll release a new version.
