Reactive: In memory channels publishing as Server Side Events SSE

Hi,

I have a question: I am trying to use send SSE in a REST endpoint consuming a stream from a IN MEMORY channel/topic.

When I use this annotation:

@Inject
	@Channel(Constants.IN_MEMORY_TOPIC_NAME_VALIDATIONS_BLACKLIST_MATCH)
	Multi<String> validationsBlacklistMatchStream;

It doesn't work.

If I change it to:

@Channel(Constants.IN_MEMORY_TOPIC_NAME_VALIDATIONS_BLACKLIST_MATCH)
	Publisher<String> validationsBlacklistMatchStream;

It works.

The SSE endpoind is:

@GET
	@Path( "/matches-stream")	
	@Produces(MediaType.SERVER_SENT_EVENTS)
    @RestStreamElementType(MediaType.TEXT_PLAIN)
	public Publisher<String> streamValidationEvents() {
		return validationsBlacklistMatchStream;
	}

Quarkus 2.9.0.
