Generating Lambda Project is missing mvnw wrapper

Based on https://quarkus.io/guides/amazon-lambda I run:

mvn archetype:generate \
       -DarchetypeGroupId=io.quarkus \
       -DarchetypeArtifactId=quarkus-amazon-lambda-archetype \
       -DarchetypeVersion=2.11.2.Final

It generates:

build.gradle
gradle.properties
payload.json
pom.xml
settings.gradle
src/

But I am missing mvnw and mvnw.cmd in the folder. Is this expected behavior? How do I continue with a guide since it refers to mvnm commands?
