SLO and reliability metrics for quarkus getting started application

what are the metrics that are being exposed with micrometer and smallrye to create some of the SLO dashboards like latency and availability for inbound and outbound from prometheus that can be visualized in Grafana? If a custom metrics needs to be created to get the requests being served within a threshold How can we achieve this?
