[insights #101] replacing thread local when using loom

Hi all;
in the quarkus insights ep 101 it was stated that threadlocal was not usable anymore due to the nature of the loom jdk implementation.
i was wondering what approaches were taken as a replacament of threadlocal in the quarkus loom experiments and is there a new API to replace threadlocal in the virtual thread era or will every framework take its own approach for replacing it.
