SmallRye and Kafka - Quotes application fails with HTTP 404

I have followed this article step-by-step to execute it with Docker Compose. I am able to launch the HTML http://localhost:8080/quotes.html, however upon clicking Request Quote there is no response. The debug tools in the browser shows that it has encountered a 404.

What is missing?

Please ignore; it is working now. It is a bit difficult to swap between two projects and there were no instructions on which application.properties had to be edited.
