camel-quarkus Unable to POJO with java.time.Instant variable

Failing to Unmarshal POJO In Camel Route..

.unmarshal().json(JsonLibrary.Jackson, Job.class)

causes exception:

Java 8 date/time type `java.time.Instant` not supported by default: add Module "com.fasterxml.jackson.datatype:jackson-datatype-jsr310" to enable handling

Class:

I have added the module for java.time.Instant support in jackson:
