Feature idea for reactive messaging

I am working with reactive messaging on my quarkus project. I started a disscussion in smallrye-reactive-messaging but I'm not sure
if the discussions and community are active in that project. I know that the project is integrated with quarkus so I believe it is relevant also here.

I'd appreciate it if you could take a look:
