Jackson @JsonView not working by default due to ObjectMapper config

Contrary to the @JsonView support documention,
adding a bunch of @JsonView annotation does not limit which which fields are returned by a REST method.

As of Quarkus 3.2.4, it is required to disable DEFAULT_VIEW_INCLUSION feature on the ObjectMapper:

public class ViewObjectMapperCustomizer implements ObjectMapperCustomizer {
    public void customize(ObjectMapper mapper) {
        mapper.configure(MapperFeature.DEFAULT_VIEW_INCLUSION, false);
    }
}

After spending several hours wondering why it didn't work, would it be possible to either:

• To fix the documentation (with the above ObjectMapperCustomizer code) to explain how to change ObjectMapper config
• To add configuration key ( Jackson Configuration ): quarkus.jackson.default-view-inclusion=false or the like
• To disable this feature by default (this is what Spring MVC does by default)
