Where To File Bug For JDK Crash

Our Quarkus app is crashing due to a bug in the JDK but the directions in the crash report lead nowhere. I realize this isn't Quarkus software but can someone tell me where I should file a bug for this. I tried the link referenced in the crash report and signed up for a Redhat Bugzilla account but the link leads to a page saying the product is invalid or I don't have access. I looked for other products but they only list Java on Windows and JEE servers, neither of which are applicable. The crash report is attached to avoid formatting issues pasting it directly in this post. Thanks.
