Funqy - see outgoing requests

I am using Funqy and the main method returns a CloudEvent.

I would like to see how/if we can see the outgoing request(s) sent by funqy. I searched if any org could be set to DEBUG level to enable that but I was not able to find a working solution. (I tried with ORG_JBOSS_RESTEASY_REACTIVE_CLIENT_LOGGING)

Also, how funqy knows to which address sent the event?

I am using http, but the question would be the same no matter of the used protocol.
