Quarkus MQTT 5

We are planning to use the MQTT protocol in one of the applications and want to use MQTT V5. I could not find a clue in Quarks native to support MQTT V5. I could see it supports v3 but not V5. Can someone please help me get an insight into the plan to support MQTT v5 in Quarkus native?
I am using the below dependency

io.quarkus
quarkus-messaging-mqtt

if I got the support of v5 in quarkus messaging mqtt itself then it would be great.
Maybe I am missing something that Quarkus supports mqtt5 out of the box. Please help me here if this is the case. I am less interested to use some other extensions like camel or hivemq.
