How to output logs in one file

I found that every time the service is started, a new log file is created. How to output the logs in one file

quarkus.log.level=INFO
quarkus.log.console.format=%d{HH:mm:ss} %s%N%n
quarkus.log.file.enable=true
quarkus.log.file.path=./logs/app.log
quarkus.log.file.level=DEBUG

Did you try quarkus.log.file.rotation.rotate-on-boot=false?
