Regression on vertx-sql-client and vertx-pg-client 4.5.11

Describe the bug

The latest LTS Version of quarkus 3.15.3 comes with Vertx 4.15.1 (#44515) but there's a serious regression dectected on this version of Vertx (eclipse-vertx/vertx-sql-client#1487).

While we can resolve this problem by forcing vertx-sql-client and vertx-pg-client to version 4.15.2, i'd like to know when we can expect a new version of quarkus 3.15 including those fix ?

A new release of the Vert.x Mutiny bindings is due soon.

I'm going to close this one. It was addressed in main and the PR is marked for backport.

As for the 3.15 schedule, it is published here: https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/wiki/3.15-LTS-Release-Planning#3154-lts . LTS releases are released every 2 months. Not that practical in the case of a regression but we wouldn't rush a backport anyway as we need bake time in the community before pushing to LTS.
