API Error: 429 - Too Many Requests

Hello. I submitted an issue (quarto-dev/quarto-cli#13981) about the error "API Error: 429 - Too Many Requests," which was closed without fixing the issue (understandably as it wasn't a CLI issue). The closing comment mentioned that an announcement was going to be made in a few weeks.

My question: Where should I be looking for an announcement about the Quarto Pub service so I can track progress on this issue?
