I cannot create or render quarto files wihin Rstudio

It seems like Rstudio doesnt recognize Quarto. I do not see a way to create .qmd files from Rstudio. When opening a .qmd file and trying to render it, the output is a .html file, even when I asked for a .pdf file. Using quarto render beamer.qmd` within the folder containing a .qmd file works, tho. It renders .pdf files with no erros, this way.
My OS is Archlinux and Rstudio was installed from AUR.

Reinstall with rstudio-desktop-bin solved this.
