Shiny gadget to explore and install Quarto extensions from the Extension Listing

Description

Inspired by @mcanouil's Quarto listing, here's a Shiny gadget I created to interactively explore, install, remove or update one (or more) Quarto extensions from the official Listing.

It's kind of like the extensions marketplace/webstore you have in VSCode or Chrome but for Quarto projects. Included in the R package is an Rstudio addin for the gadget.
