Problem rendering the website in #French

Description

Quarto version:- 1.5.40
OS- Win 10

I can see the English and French content of the website when I use Quarto's Metadata function: https://quarto.org/docs/projects/quarto-projects.html#metadata-merging

Here is what I see from my laptop when I try to render things:

So, I want to see things in English first, and then when I click the button for French (in the top right or bottom right), I want to see things in the other language (French, for example).
