Description
I'm editing my QMD file in Visual mode with VSCode, but I can't insert a pipe operator using Ctrl+Shift+M like I can in Source mode. When I press Ctrl+Shift+M, it shows the Problems panel instead of inserting the pipe operator.
I have double-checked my key bindings.
