Incomplete Outline in VSCode Source Mode for Quarto Document

Dear Quarto Community,

I'm experiencing an issue with the outline feature in VSCode when using Quarto in source mode, and I'm seeking advice on how to resolve it.

Specific Details:

• Environment:
  • VSCode Version: 1.96.0
  • Quarto Version: 1.6.39
  • Operating System: Windows 11

Problem Description:

• In source mode, the outline only partially displays headers
• Specifically, headers are visible up to "## 授業のまとめ ### Summary"
• Beyond this point, subsequent headers do not appear in the outline
• The issue seems to occur when the document reaches a certain length
• In contrast, the outline displays completely in visual mode

Observations:

• I've tried adding various header items to the document
• The problem appears to be related to the document's text volume
• Additional headers after a certain point are not reflected in the outline when in source mode

I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Could anyone provide insights into:

• A potential solution to this outline display issue
• Alternative approaches to document navigation
• Whether this is a known limitation or bug in the current version

I would like to attach the contents of the full version .qmd file, but it is 370 lines long, so I am not attaching it with this question.
