@mcanouil I have post my script. As you can see I add a filters in the YAML.

Unfortunately, your post is ineligible. Please follow the guidelines given.
Also, your example (not properly formatted) is not small, making it hard to help you.
Finally, I do really encourage you to read the documentation I have linked and start from there.

Your example remains unusable.

Sorry to be blunt here but you apparently did not read/understood the guidelines or the documentation about dashboard and shiny.
Please do read the links shared, especially the documentation.
runtime: shiny_prerendered, this for instance is clearly not documented anywhere on https://quarto.org, same as setting context: server in the frontmatter YAML (which in your example is not frontmatter as there is a level three header before that).

This being said, unless you are ready to use JavaScript, you can't put a shiny component in the navbar of Quarto dashboard.
