Cover full size in PDF

Hello, after searching the web: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=cover+image+full+size+in+quarto+latex+pdf&atb=v467-6&ia=web and the forum, I am opening this query to ask for your valuable help:

• I try to place a jpg cover in the PDF but it does not come out corerctly.

Did you look at Quarto titlepages - LaTeX title and cover pages with Quarto?

@Ppantaleo A small reminder, this platform of discussion is mainly about Quarto, your question is really about LaTeX and theming. Unfortunately, it's not possible to provide advanced support for all underlying languages: LaTeX, OpenXML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Observable.js, R, Python, Julia, etc.
All advanced theming like yours involves the use of pure LaTeX and either the whole template or the partials to implement this pure LaTeX code: https://quarto.org/docs/journals/templates.html#latex-partials.
When searching for customisation on LaTeX, you should search on LaTeX related places, not necessarily involving Quarto as this drastically reduces your likelihood to find the answer.
