Publishing to Confluence - title not exact

I am having issues with publishing .qmd to .html on Confluence where the title is not exact. In .qmd I specify title as "Example page" but when published, it now added code at the end "Example page 33389f1d". Is there any way to depricate this? Apologies if this was answered, I am not actually sure how this issue may be called in technical terms.

I had this problem when I had an archived page with the same title. In my case, deleting the archived pages from Confluence and republishing solved the issue.
