Affiliations not rendered in PDF

Description

Affiliations and other metadata are rendered in HTML, but not in PDF.
Please ensure that rendering to PDF shows affiliations etc.

The affiliations or any fields from the author schema has to be defined in the template.
The default PDF template does not, but you can create your own template to include as many of the information possibly available.

There are several discussions about this and how to solve this (not exhaustive list):

In the future, please search in discussions first and prefer opening one if appropriate rather than issue.
Note that the "documentation" issue template as documented in it, is not for feature requests or bug reports.
I don't believe the documentation states anywhere that the default LaTeX template (slight modification of Pandoc template) can display everything from the author schema (note the callout info box at the beginning).
