How to suppress output from quarto to terminal?

Description

Allways when i run a quarto script via terminal, it spills out a lot of information that i do not want to see..
It looks something like this:

Starting python3 kernel...Done

Executing 'rep.quarto_ipynb'
  Cell 1/7: ''...Done
  Cell 2/7: ''...Done
  Cell 3/7: ''...Done

... etc...

How can i supress this?

Have you tried looking at the CLI help? quarto render --help¹
