How to add caption on margins for code block

Hello, I am a new Quarto User.
I want to add code block caption this way. I am using pdf output. I have been trying many ways but I could not accomplish it.

The caption is:

R code
3.2 (this is relative to the section where you are)

There is no native/simple way for that, so you have to "hack" your way using either raw code (HTML/CSS, LaTeX, Typst, OpenXML), LUA filter or post-processing script.

Sorry. I feel comfortable with Latex or HTML/CSS.
Do you know any workaround usin raw Latex/HTMLL code?

Use keep-tex to investigate and try things with the LaTeX file and use your favourite browser inspect mode to do the same thing.
There are no shortcuts as it's really a niche request.
