Why grid table multirow doen's work with link?

Description

Grid table multirow works well without link, but doesn's work with link.

Quarto version 1.8.26, MacOS 15.7.2

This seems to be a Quarto bug as even if the grid table syntax has issues, using the list-table syntax leads to the same result and using Pandoc directly does not display the issue.
