Dynamically importing/including an RSS feed into a quarto-build web page?

I'm in the sciences and a common thing to put on a web page is one's list of publications ... which needs perpetual updates and thus frequently is out of date ...

With other solutions (like a Confluence page) I have in the past included an RSS feed to PubMed, the authoritative publication database in my field, where (author name)searches can be mapped to RSS feeds - point the corresponding applet at the feed with an appropriate refresh rate and have the results displayed in the context of your page.

Is this possible using quarto or such functionality on the horizon somewhere?
