How to publish new .qmd to netlify site?

Hello, everyone,
How can I publish new .qmd file to an existed netlify website?
I tried to change the id and url setting in _publish.yml file to my target website in netlify.
But when I publish new .qmd, the quarto failed to publish anything.

I also tried quarto publish netlify --id xxxxxxxxxxxxx
but still doesn't work.

Could you please help to solve this problem, Thanks!

Environment:
Ubuntu 22.0 LTS
VSCode:1.71.2 OS: Linux x64 5.15.0-47-generic snap
