Using Quarto in substack

Substack.com is the number one site for e-mail subscriptions.

I plan to start a blog using Quarto and start an email subscription using Substack.

Is it possible/easy to use Quarto for substack emails?

What is the best way of doing it, e.g. generating an HTML file using Quarto and then uploading it to Substack?

Do you know any existing substack email service that uses Quarto/Rmarkdown?
