Error In Callout Insertion

I am getting the following error exactly at the last :.
YAMLError: end of the stream or a document separator is expected at line 7, column 3:
when I use every callout block, for example:

I checked online for about 2 hours but had no luck. Someone, please help.
The syntax is correct as per the Quarto docs.

Could you provide a full small reproducible example document?
Can you also indicate which version of Quarto you are using?

Things have gotten worse. I am getting all sorts of YAML errors. It was fine till a few hours back. It suddenly started getting messed up. Here is the code block

As far as the version is concerned, I have set up v1.1.251 and v1.2.237. The latter to enable video embedding feature..
