TOC collapsed: false

Hi everyone.

Apologised if this question is already asked.

is there any way we can keep the TOC from collapsing? i want my TOC in my html file to show full TOC.

akin to yaml for rmd below

title: "Habits"
output:
  html_document:
    toc: true
    toc_float:
      collapsed: false
      smooth_scroll: false
---

I don't think you can since it is hardcoded (see https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli/blob/main/src/resources/formats/html/quarto.js#L593-L635).
This would be a feature request to add a YAML option (e.g., toc-collapse: true by default) to control if TOC should be collapsed or not.
