Keep blogdown Hugo posts in new Quarto blog

If there is a step-by-step guide what Professor Harrell did here (#589) to migrate his past blogdown Hugo posts into fharrell.com, and subsequent workflow using quarto, I would greatly appreciative. I would love to use quarto for new posts, and have read the page in the docs on Hugo, but it is too complicated for me to understand. I have past posts in html at www.redwallanalytics.com, and many which I can no longer render, and do not want to give up.
