Include accessible charts in quarto (using python)

Hi! We want to use quarto to create beautiful and accessible reports. We have not solved the accessibility-part yet, and are wondering if anyone wants to lead us in the right direction.

Most of us use plotly today, and it is not very accessible. We are considering testing out highcharts. Have any of you used highcharts or some other accessible charts in your quarto-documents?
