Zotero API for bibliography

I am looking for some help with Quarto website citations.

Is it possible to do the following:

1. Add a single reference to a bib file in the _quarto.yaml file, which all website pages can refer to? Or, do you have to specify this in each pages YAML frontmatter?
2. Is it possible to reference a Zotero API endpoint, which returns a publicly accessible bibtex file (e.g. this bibtex file from Zotero's documentation)?
