Quarto profile

I have two profiles English and Arabic and with each .qmd files, I am trying to know how to render them with their separate profiles.

How do you make quarto render profile using rmarkdown? I can use it using terminal but using my hosting website it doesn’t work that way, how can i render the command directly maybe from the .qmd filed
