HTML Theme automatically change by sunrise and sunset in quarto

Is it possible that I could turn the HTML theme to automatically change by sunrise and sunset in quarto?

This would be a cool feature (we could certainly tie it the OS level dark/light configuration which is often tied to sunlight in the machine location). The is tracked here #1470
