RStudio: Quarto rendering does not render all the modified pages

Render does not render all the modified pages.. or if _quarto.yml is modified, it does not render all the pages, so those changes dont propagate. There is a Build site button, but it only seems to work for 1 site (or sometimes none of them and the option is not available), so changing folders to a different site means that it does not build it.

All of this is even though it says "Watching pages for changes" in the Background jobs.

Any suggestions ? Thanks !

I realized that I can just do this from the prompt using quarto.cmd render, and quarto.cmd preview. Thanks !!
