How to disentagle blogpost address and the folder name?

I want to migrate my blog to quarto.
I want to have a structure with dates in my folder containing my posts, but I want to have an adress without dates, so in my folder I have

posts\
 2022-03-21-welcome-post\
 index.md

but I want as an internet address

myblog.com/posts/welcome-post/

possibly by specifying by hand the address in in the yaml. Is it currently possible?
