Description

I have a section of my sidebar defined like so in yaml.

      - section: Location Services
        contents:
          - location-services/connecting-to-a-portal.qmd
          - location-services/read-data.qmd
          - location-services/publishing.qmd
          - location-services/workflows/add-delete-update.qmd
          - location-services/workflows/overwrite-feature-service.qmd

It renders like so:

I would really liked to be able to click the section heading and navigate to a very simple page that just lists out all of the links specified by the contents in the yaml. For example when I'm on a page

I don't think this is a great idea because the header would have two actions at the same time: 1/ expand the sidebar and 2/ change to another page.

Ideally the drop-down arrow would be used to expand the section

This implies that you prefer your users to click on the link and get on a page with all the menu links rather than accessing them via the expand action.

I am not saying it isn’t something to consider.
Simply trying to understand the goal and/or use case.
