Quarto book: how to localize "Appendices" in the sidebar?

Hi,
I'm building an HTML quarto book. I have added an appendices section, and now I have it in my sidebar.

My book is in Italian, and I would like to use the proper word for, but instead I have it in English.
How to do it?
