Is there an example on how to render a mermaid gantt in a manuscript project?

Description

I have not been able to render mermaid gantt within a manuscript project. (I have done this previous to quarto 1.4 in a simple html project)

Trying to render a simple mermaid gantt inside a manuscript project yields error. Is this a bug?

I closed because I thought it was the same as #6971 . It seems that it is solved in Main not yet released, but I haven't check yet.

I think you need to provide us with the whole project, or at least the _quarto.yml content.

inlinesToString: expected Inlines, got Inline

this type of error could be linked to a field that we don't correctly convert to Inlines inside Lua. This internal error should not happen so definitely a bug to fix, but really unclear that this comes from mermaid.

This one. I think this could be related.

• Using screen-inset in YML header throws error inlinesToString: expected Inlines, got Inline #8536

Should be solved by #8538 and will be available in next 1.5 build, and probably also as next patch release of 1.4
