How do I run code in VS Code visual editor mode? #8807

DescriptionI've been working on a VS Code-first version of my Quarto teaching materials for Python. It's great, but I've had a big hangup: I can't figure out how to run code interactively from the cell when in visual editor mode. Is this possible? There isn't a button above the cell like in source edit mode, and the keyboard shortcut for running it doesn't work, either.

Currently, it seems button is missing for Python. I suggest you open an issue at https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto/issues. |
